Image guidelines
To ensure the best results for both embroidery and laser engraving, please provide images in SVG or PNG format. These formats offer the best resolution and clarity for our processes, allowing us to capture intricate details and create stunning, high-quality products.
Customization options
We offer a range of customization options to bring your vision to life! For embroidery, images may need to be altered to work properly on stitching. For laser work, please note that the process doesn't inherently show color; extra charges apply for painting, staining, or other color enhancements.
Image rights and restrictions
You retain all rights to the images you upload. However, we cannot accept images that are illegal or infringe on the rights of others. Please ensure that your images comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Preview and approval
For embroidery, your image must be digitized, and there's a small fee for this service. Some files simply can't be digitized well, but don't worry, you'll get to preview the digitized version before it's made! This allows you to ensure the design meets your expectations before we proceed with the final product.
